My contribution is based on decades of experience advising high-tech startups and innovative organizations. Since 2002, I have been helping academics, public organizations, technology- and R&D-based startups, investors, and companies identify innovation potential and develop business ideas. As a trusted advisor, I have had the privilege of discussing thousands of business ideas, witnessing many challenges in execution and growth, helping to shape solutions, and, as a partner, building ecosystems and innovation networks. A particularly outstanding experience was my role as CEO, 13 years of leading a team of over 20 people through a constantly changing environment at the intersection of universities, public organizations, and the dynamic startup ecosystem. I have secured funding in the millions on multiple occasions, invested in over 40 technology-based startups across various industries, and founded a subsidiary and a nonprofit organization.

All of these experiences give me a holistic perspective on the challenges of innovation and growth. I don’t always have the right answers, but I always have the right questions at the ready, and I bring an international network of people and organizations to help get things up and running quickly.
